30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Use our Contact Us page and include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item arrived damaged. Please wait for authorization and return instructions before sending anything back.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived defective or damaged. Authorized return instructions will include the correct return address.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know the outcome. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need several business days to complete the transaction.
Items not eligible for return
Personalized or custom items, final-sale items, and items that are used, worn, damaged, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return unless required by law.
