These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fairwedge Golf online store and any purchase made through it. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

Online store terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the store with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose or transmit malicious code through the store.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, images, measurements, and descriptions accurately. Actual colors may vary by screen, and minor production variations may occur. We may modify or discontinue products without notice.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, discounts, and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable inventory, or other legitimate business reasons. If a paid order is canceled, the affected amount will be refunded.

Customized products and customer content

For customized products, you are responsible for providing accurate text, artwork, sizes, colors, and other instructions. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any uploaded design, logo, trademark, image, or other content. We may reject content that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, obscene, or otherwise unsuitable. Production may begin after your order or design is approved. Customized products cannot be canceled after production begins and are final sale except as stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Payment and account information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Payments are processed by the payment methods shown at checkout, including supported third-party payment providers.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery estimates, shipping charges, customs information, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The store design, text, graphics, product photographs, branding, and other content owned by Fairwedge Golf may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission. Customer-owned artwork remains the customer's property, subject to the limited permission needed for us and our production partners to fulfill the order.

Third-party services

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify and payment or shipping providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the store and products are provided on an “as available” basis. Fairwedge Golf is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims or losses caused by your unlawful use of the store, your violation of these terms, or content you submit without the necessary rights.

Changes and severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may update these terms by posting a revised version to the store. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
